send your completed contract with your security deposit to hold your puppy.
HEALTH STATEMENT:
We protect our dogs as directed by our veterinarian. Your puppy is as HEALTHY as
we can possibly have him/her when it leaves our home. Your puppy will have received its first set of immunizations and
will require the next set approximately 3 to 4 weeks from Adoption Day. Our 72-hour Health Guarantee encourages you
to visit your veterinarian for a "well-baby" exam. While there, PLEASE discuss/begin your puppy's heartworm & flea/tick
prevention program.
OUR PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS FAMILY PETS. We do not guarantee
our puppies for breeding purposes, but we wil allow appropriate breeding programs to use our bloodlines. We strongly
recommend spay/neuter by age 6 months to give your puppy a happy, care-free life! Spay/Neuter also helps a lot
when your dog is an inside pet.
Your puppy's health care includes the following:
* Veterinarian Tail Dock (Screw-tails remain intact).
* Wormed on schedule, beginning at age 2 weeks.
* 1st Set of Immunizations.
* Lots of TLC, well-adjusted to human touch!
* Bath on Adoption Day if requested.
* Sample supply of take-home Dry Food.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
We hope that you will follow the advice and instruction of your veterinarian. You
have 72-hours (including Adoption Day) to have your puppy examined by your veterinarian. IF your puppy is diagnosed
with a heart, lung, liver or bone malfunction within the first 72 hours of adoption, we will refund your adoption fee upon
immediate return of the puppy and vet documentation. Your puppy must be described in detail (sex, color/markings, etc.)
on the vet's documentation. This health guarantee does NOT cover intestinal worms or parasites, mites, skin or eye-related
conditions. We will NOT refund veterinary expenses, and all travel/shipping expenses are Your responsibility.
This health guarantee expires seventy-two (72) hours after Adoption.
